“Imported Cheese 101” Education Seminar

Sponsored by the Imported Cheese Board – This seminar is designed to educate and inspire individuals about imported cheese.  The one-hour program includes the history and purpose of cheese making, milk composition and cheese production in addition to a brief discussion on the PDO concept. The seminar spotlights the nuances of four specific cheeses including Parmesan Reggiano, Gouda, Brie and Le Gruyère.
