Cheesy Garlic Bread Bombs with imported Cheddar

Ingredients

  • 1 package of 8 large refrigerated biscuits cut in half
  • 8 oz imported Cheddar cheese cut into ~ 16 small chunks
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 TB minced garlic
  • 2 TB chopped chives or parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly press each biscuit half into a circle and wrap tightly around a chunk of cheese, pinching to seal shut. Place seam side down on prepared sheet. Combine melted butter, salt, and garlic in a small bowl and brush on top of Garlic Bread Bombs. Bake for 15 minutes, brush with additional melted garlic butter, garnish with herbs, and enjoy!
