Our combination of tart sheep’s milk Manchego, luscious buttery Gouda, nutty Parmesan Reggiano, and rich imported Blue satisfies all your cheese cravings in every amazing bite! Sliced figs, red onion, arugula, and balsamic make the perfect toppings.

  • 1 large 12” pre-made pizza crust
  • 2/3 cup shredded imported Gouda cheese
  • 2/3 cup shredded imported Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated imported Parmiggiano Reggiano
  • 1/2 cup imported Blue Cheese crumbles
  • 2/3 cup halved fresh or dried figs
  • Good quality balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sliced red onion
  • 1/2 cup arugula
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 425 and place pre-made pizza crust on a sheet pan. Sprinkle evenly with all four cheeses and top with figs. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until pizza crust is done to your liking and cheeses are melted. Drizzle with balsamic and garnish with red onion and arugula. Enjoy!
