Parmigiano Reggiano Baked Fries

Crispy baked fries are topped with imported Parmigiano Reggiano and our savory seasoning mix. They're the perfect snack or side dish, any night.

  • 4 large baking potatoes sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Imported Parmigiano Reggiano finely shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Seasoning Mix

  • 1/4 cup Imported Parmigiano Reggiano finely shredded
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 2 tsps garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. With skin on, slice potatoes into thin strips and place in large bowl of water to soak for at least 15-20 minutes.

  3. While potatoes are soaking, prepare seasoning mix.  Combine shredded imported Parmigiano Reggiano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Set aside.

  4. Drain potatoes and pat completely dry.  Toss in large bowl with olive oil, imported Parmigiano Reggiano, salt and pepper.

  5. Spread out on parchment lined baking tray.  Bake approximately 30 minutes, then turn up the heat to 425°F fro an additional 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  6. Remove from oven and toss with seasoning mix.

Recipe Notes

Double or triple the seasoning mix recipe and keep it in an airtight container.  This will cut down on prep and you'll be ready to go when you want a snack or weeknight side dish.
